Candlelight Solstice Nidra – 22/12/20A Yoga nidra for the darkest night of the year, the winter solstice. Take your time to become comfortable on the floor so that you can really let go and immerse yourself in this deep relaxation. You will need a blanket, a pillow and some warm loose fitting clothes.
Autumn Equinox NidraAutumn is the season to let go, just as the leaves let go of their leaves, to enter into a slower rejuvinating part of the year, we to can let go of anything that no longer serves us and allow ourselves to take a slower restorative pace of life as we move into the darker part of the year.
