Monday morning Subtle Yoga in Berkhamsted Town Hall. This is a 6-week course.
This class is a slow mindful yoga class, in this class we combine movement with the breath to create a beautiful class, which can be both energising and detoxing. Classes will be based on themes, weaving our way through the seasons of the year, the five elements, Indian myths & philosophy. Through this powerful subtle connection of body & mind, these classes can help lower stress levels, promote health, flexibility & strength, and a feeling of well-being. Suitable to all levels.
Please bring your yoga mat with you and any other yoga equipment you may have. I do have blocks and bricks if you dont have any.
