Wednesday Morning Hatha Yoga Flow.
This is a 5 week course.
A slower paced class that focuses on correct alignment and getting the most from your body and yoga practice. This flow yoga based class aims to stretch and strengthen your body with a focus on alignment. We take the time to feel into the pose and offer options to modify or deepen your practice, listening to your body all the time. At the end of the class we will use breath work (pranayama) to bring calm to the body before we lie down for deep relaxation, bringing a sense of wellbeing and stillness. Suitable for all levels including those who wish to step back from a faster flow to work on body, mind and alignment.

Please bring a yoga mat with you and any yoga equipment you have, I do have bricks and blocks you can borrow.
