Come and join us for a wonderful morning of Yoga in the Woods.
This slow flow class is for all levels working with connection to yourself and natures elements. Feel the earth beneath your feet, the cool breeze on your skin and the sun on your body. Please remember to bring your mat, strap and blocks.
