Yoga at your Desk - 1/12/20This is the 4th class in the bitesized lunchbreak classes. This is a gentle chair based yoga class, suitable for every body. It works through your body from your fingers to your toes, moving the stagnent energy and refreshing you for the rest of the day. You will need a chair for this class.
Shoulder Soother - 24/11/20This is the third of our bitesized lunchtime classes. This class is a great shoulder, neck and upper back soother. Get your upper body moving especially if you have been at your desk all morning with these easy mobility exercises. You can do this on the chair, floor or edge of the bed. You will need a strap and brick or something simular for this class.
Breathe, Move & Open - 17/11/20This is the second in the series of our lunchtime bitesize classes. A short hatha style class to stimulate your energy and cool your nerves and it gives you a quick boost if you need to reset, refresh, re-energise and relieve aches from being stationary for too long. You will need a block for this class.
Unfold from Sitting - 10/11/20A lovely short lunch break flow to get you moving and out of your chair to energise you for the rest of the day. You dont even need a mat to do this class!
Thirty Minute Flow - 29/10/20A medium paced, quick fix yoga flow. When you only have a half hour to open your body, move and relax then this is the class.
Yoga for Runners - May 2020A simple yoga sequence to loosen tight spots, strengthen weak spots and make you a better, less injury-prone runner.
